Who can tell you with authority whether something is nerdy or not? Is there some authoritative list of what is and isn't nerdy that we are to go by? Who gives a rats behind what someone else thinks about your dress wear?
It's your socks and your sandals so wear them anyway you want to wear them and if someone doesn't like it tell them to go piss up a rope!
Dress to please yourself not someone else.
