I know of Arsenic and Old Lace, but I was wondering if anyone else knew of any other black and white Halloween type of movies.

Nosferatu... This is one of the first scary movies ever made, so it is definately in black and white. For such an early film, its main character is still one of the creepiest movie creatures ever.
It also makes for a great video background for any halloween party. Just play it on the television/computer screen and play your muisc over top of it.
