what should you do, when you dont feel good, and you are just miserable. what types of things should you do (in specifics please).? details, an help please.

Go for a long walk..watch a good movie..or call some friends. Try to distract yourself from what's making you miserable. If you're not physically well, perhaps some tylenol or advil will help. If it's emotional, then my first few suggestions are in order.

Most of the time when I generally feel like crud, I take a hot shower and put my favorite cuddly jammies on .Then I either curl up in bed with a good book or snuggle on the couch with my kitten sassy and watch old movies.Or make a cup of hot tea and just relax. Paint my nails etc...Put on my favorite music.

I like to do the following:

Take a real hot bath and sip wine
Take a walk up in the hills
Wear yellow
Buy red flowers ( I know this sounds crazy but red wakes people more alert)
Stay in bed and watch a good movie..

Sip on ginger ale, chocolate milkshakes help.

I eat a snack that is mainly protein - and remind myself that a lot of my mood is the result of the level of my blood sugar (too low can cause "blues").
