I downloaded virtual villagers with a crack off of limewire.It was a zipped file,so I unzipped it, found the set up,and installed the program.After an hour,the game shut off,and it said that my free trial was up.I went back and looked in the virtual villagers folder,and theres a file called 'nub'(when I click it,a pic showes up)other files also called nub but with a diffrent pic beside them,a file called crack,some kind of i.d. file,and I really don't know what I am supossed to do,so can some one please explain to me how a crack works?I would really like to play my game.

There should have been some sort of 'readme.txt' file that tells you how to install the crack. If not, then try some other crack.
I agree with the other Answerers that you should buy the game. (Ask a relative with a credit card to order it for you.)
You're running some serious risks by using cracks. Some crack web sites even try downloading a malicious activeX control on your computer. A virus scanner (even the best) most likely won't even find the kind of trojan that some of those cracks contain.
I'm not talking about simple one-shot damage to Windows; I'm talking about long-term effects which you'll never know about.

there is usually some type of file in the cracked software that tells you how to do it. If you can't figure that out then you shouldn't be downloading cracks.
Secondly, a hint would be that "crack" is probably the crack for the game.

Make sure ur Demo version is off now..u must need to buy it or download again a demo version...with that ..that is not a registry crack..whr u click it and it will instal ur software . NO..u need to buy or download again a demo version thats it..chaoo
