Order of Oldest to Youngest: Daria Chadd Steph Mark.
We are assuming Daria is a female.
Explanation: Daria is one of two oldest. So she must be 1st or second. Since she must be first or second, that means Steph is 3rd since he has 1 old brother and 1 older sister (Daria). Chadd cannot be oldest or youngest so he has to be 2nd. Mark is left so put him last.
Not hard just write down the names and place them in.

These are ranked from oldest to youngest. Chad has to be either 2 or 3. Daria has to be 1 or 2. Steph has to be 3 (or she would have one older sister and two older brothers). Since she has to be 3, Chad has to be 2. Since Chadd has to be 2, Daria has to be 1. Mark is the only one left, so he's 4.

Clearly the order is: (from oldest to youngest)
1. Daria
2. Chadd
3. Steph
4. Mark
Some people said this same answer but with Steph and Mark switched around but that isn't probable as the question states that Step has AN older brother and sister. If Steph was the youngest then she would have 2 older brothers and one older sister.

I would have to say it is either:
a) Daria,Chadd,Steph, then Mark
or,
b) Chadd,Daria, Steph, then Mark
there might be other possibilities, but more info is needed to figure out the exact order unless only one of the two answer choices appears. then u have the answer

if Steph has only one older brother and one older sister then the answer is Mark, Steph, Chadd, Daria, otherwise there are more possible answers
