Many news organizations either mostly side with Democrats or Republicans, or Liberals, or Conservatives, or Socialists, or Communists, or Libertarians, or Israel, or Lebanon, or China, or North Korea, or blacks, or whites, or monkeys, or dolphins .. you get the idea.

Is it possible most of us have to subscribe to two or more papers, flip between CNN and FOX news, or listen to different newscasts ... just to get BOTH sides of the story?

What news organization is least biased, and has the most balanced coverage? Or who is the worst offender here?

It is pretty commonly accepted that Fox News is the most right-leaning news organization in the country. But really, no news outlet is unbiased. They all have an agenda be it political, social or simply profit. Whatever it takes to meet that agenda is what will be reflected in their reporting. The best thing to do is utilize mutliple news sources, read a lot of different perspectives and take it all with a grain of salt.

Lou Dobbs on CNN is usually fair, objective, accurate, and balanced reporting. The PBS Nightly News is also a very good source for unbiased news commentary and reporting.
Other than that, the conservative-biased media is incredibly - unbelievably - arrogant, slanted, unbalanced, and in some cases (such as the Fox "News" channel or the Rush Limbaugh "show") downright Nazi-inspired propaganda for the Republican Party. They will resort to anything - lies, distortions, half-truths, incompleteness, or deception - just to make the "news" come out the way they want it.
As for the 'fourth estate', there are few newspapers (and even fewer TV or radio stations) that even attempt to serve as the watchdog over government. Not since the days of Watergate have we seen in-depth investigations, skepticism, or even intelligent questioning of government activity.
Instead, the bean counters that control the giant media conglomerates simply read the government press releases verbatim without any follow-up, and without any question as the the veracity of the release. Profit is the only motive; truthfulness and honesty are no longer standards by which media abides.
The worst offender, of course, is Fox 'News" which is not even a 'news' channel. It's a Nazi-inspired propaganda machine that brainwashes its viewers into believing whatever the United States Government spews over the airwaves. -RKO-

I agree with you. I do think that Fox News is the least biased, but I don't think there is any network or paper out there that is completely unbiased that just tells the truth, plain and simple. Of course they're all trying to sift through the crap the politicians spit out, too.

LOL I personally prefer Jon Stewart and the Daily Show or the Colbert Report.

For fair reporting, the best daily newspaper is Christian Science Monitor.

The big problem in the US is the media is all so conservatively inclined (probably because of the ownership), but most Americans are to blind to see it, many even try to claim it is liberal when they actually do report news!

No CNN and MSNBC do not report on actual news but only what they are told to report on from the Mulatto House.

No you get the reporters and stations opinion of what people want to hear. You just have to listen to them put words in peoples mouths, then when they say something they don't want to hear they cut it out.
