Don't tell my husband because he could use it to his advantage but I put on some System of a Down (or something fast and loud) and go on a housework rampage. When I calm down, I confront whomever has angered me with my temper under control and a sparkly clean home!

Now that I'm a bit older I don't get angry very often. I let things slide off my back and only deal with the real serious things. When I do I try to talk things out with the person that upset me and if that doesn't work I let em' have it.

I tune out the anger, I find diversions. For me, that's as simple as playing with our dogs, reading, or if i remember to do it...meditation.

depends how angry i am. If i'm really really angry, i'll cry myself to sleep. That's the only time I will, I make an effort not to let people see me cry.

Otherwise, swearing lets a lot of tension out for me, fighting my brother, boxing.
