How can i create a Chat room on yahoo , as ill be the administrator for my room?

Due to a lawsuit, yahoo closed all user-made chat rooms.

You can't make a chat-room until further notice.

A chat room I am not to sure, but you can go through your yahoo messenger,click on actions and then on conference and just who you want in will be able to talk to you and whomever else you invite to it.
