Power 98.3 is all hip hop and NB it has sister stations all over the U.s so I'm sure you have heard a power station somewhere
Kiss 104.7 is a "hit" music station that has a wider variety of music from 50 cent to Lincoln Park

Oh yes, there sure is an R & B and Hiphop radio station in Phoenix.....Two actually. (I know 2 isn't a lot but they both are quite good & fun to listen to.)
