it`s because she is REALLY singing
if you pay close attention to her other performances
she sounds the same for the same song she did before

she sounds soooooo different! On TV she has a clean cut voice, but here she sounds all ashlee simpson like! It could just be a bad day, or she's a total fake

well, my pc sounds kinda weird, that it makes all voices sound like mice. so in my pc, i think hannah montana sounds like a chipmunk. i think i need to fix this.
