Well, I'd mix cheese, at least 2 eggs, ham, onion, red and green bell pepper, with a little salsa on the side and I'd be a Spanish. The "marriage" of the different foods would be yummy!!

i would think an omelet cause cheese goes with egg melted on top is how i like mine but this restaurant near us makes hot apples and eggs and cheese mixed in cooked its delicious.
