Lashley isn't champion for the same reason it was a fatal four way instead of him and King Booker at the last pay per view. He's too new and it's too soon.

Lshley would be a good champ but usually champs have good mic skills. He's an excellent wrestler but to be a major champion he should work on his mic skills.
