Also a favourite of mine is make a lot of jellies with large grapes in them, children have to dig the grapes out with their mouths while keeping their hands behind their backs.
You could also do a haunted house treasure hunt, leave spooky clues to get to the treasure,

What I did when I had to babysit at Halloween for a bunch of kids, was use random food and put them in boxes with holes at the top so they had to reach in and touch it and guess what it was.

Ex: I had a cauliflower and poured some chocolate syrup over it to make it all gross feeling. It was supposed to feel like a brain...
Yeah it can get a little messy, but it was a lot of fun. Especially their faces when they touch weird feeling fruits :)

Get creative! It's so much fun!! It's definitely a Kodak Moment!

u should make werid food that looks gross, like a jello brain, and they have to pick it out of a hat and u give them the food,
