This is not a matter for the UK taxpayer. Maintenance payments, where appropriate, are made by the welfare authorities of the child's country of residence .

Hmmm, to my knowledge William does not have an illigitimate child. And I highly doubt it, I think at this point we would know for sure if he did or not.
