Chains and combos?

I've watched others in fighting games pull off vicious chains of combos one after another. I keep trying to figure out how they know what to do to make such combos. Perhaps I can have a few suggestions?

Sometimes, you can also find combo lists in manuals or online.

I agree with Karlen, I hit buttons like crazy until I figure out cool combos!

Just keep clicking all the buttons, and sometimes u get awesome combos
