Water is the element that rules Pisces. Therefore the best match would be another one of the water signs of the zodiac such as other Pisceans, Cancerians and Scorpians. So these three are the best. Steer clear of Aries, Leo and Saggitarians as they (as a general rule) are more firey natured and not suited to a Piscean's sensitive nature.
