its because of the fact the mouse is moviing (even the smallest action picture can circulate the cursor) its no longer something to do with you hardware. whilst the mouse is shifting, the exhibit saver doesnt come on in view that's acquainted with youre employing the pc.

go to system in control panel and click advanced, click device manager, is there a yellow ? mark next to your new hardware? go from there
