Property information (including measurements, title transfer, sale price, etc.) can be obtained at your town hall or municipality offices (assessor's office).

I would check with your county recorder or the county auditor. My county website has a listing of properties including sq ft. of livable space, price paid, and floor plan. I would not be suprised if it also had the lot size.
If that does not work, the your property lines can be surveyed for a hefty fee (on the order of $150-200)

Depends on where you live County records from the courthouse, County Tax Assessor I got mine from the Water District where I Live
