I would definitly go mac book pro with a glossy screen. Yes it is pricey but it is a laptop that will not get left in the computer dust anytime soon. Best laptop out there

Hey man, i have similar interests such as WOW and 3d applications. HP just released a very nice 15.4 in laptop(DV 6000T). Options include new Core 2 Duo processors, 1 or 2 gb of ram, reasonable graphics with the nvidia 256 mb geforce 7400(WOW would run fine). Price is very, very reasonable right now(numerous savings) I think this is a very good laptop wth a killer price range. If interested use this code(NB9500) at checkout for an additional 15% off. I just ordered mine today and im very, very excited for it!

Whatever you do, don't pay any attention to Cuite.
I'm just warning you that she's the annoying resident spammer on this site who plugs all kinds of computer stuff.
(It would be a miracle if she didn't answer this question with some more annoying SPAM.)

Not advertising but thought I would give you this info. I have a Toshiba Satellite that is awesome for gaming. Check this one out. I bet it would be exactly what you need for a really good price.
