I have a small problem. I havent had my period in 3 months yet i am not pregnant. (its been ruled out) I went and had some blood tests this week but have not yet gotten the results. Today I started getting dizzy spells and went straight pale following with some thick bld clotting and extreme pelvic pressure. Does anyone know what this might be? or should i go to my local emergency or wait untill tuesday to get my bld results?

I'd go to the emergency room. Your reproductive organs are an important thing to risk, better safe than sorry.

I would probably go to the emergency room. It sounds like it could be serious. Pale and dizzy could mean blood loss somewhere. I would go to the ER. Better safe than sorry. You are concerned enough to write this message. You know your body and you know when something is not right.

Get to the ER now. The symptoms you've listed don't sound normal at all. Better to go to the ER and find out everything's ok than sit at home and have something horrible happen. Get off the computer and go to the ER now. Make sure you tell them you need to see the doctor immediately. Don't sit in the waiting room for hours.

If you are under stress that could cause you to not get your period. You could have policystic ovaries, fibroids, or menopause. This is all I could think of. If you are in alot of pain you should go to emergency. Especially if you don't have anyone to take care of you.
