UK fan just watched series 2 of the new Battlestar Galactica on DVD, is there a series 3 yet, and has it aired in US?

Season 3 of BSG started Friday, 10-6-06, when they showed two episodes back-to-back. It is currently airing at 9:00pm on Friday nights on SciFi Channel. You can find more info here: http://www.scifi.com/battlestar/

It's just started last week. They ran the first two episodes together as a 2 hour "movie" and they ran the third one last night. They're developing a lot of interesting plot lines so it should be a good season. I guess you would call it a series in the UK :-).

Yes, it is on Sci Fi friday nights. It is alot different then the first BG series.

i presumed BSG became the final instruct ever made (we are talking with regards to the re-make right here, no longer the unique version, perfect? i do no longer think of i could have dealt with Ben Cartwright as Admiral Adama.)
