I don't know about barn owls, but we sure have a problem with great horned owls and their constant picketing, chanting and driving around in the ratmobile...I think they're striking against the alley cats, but it's hard to say. They're always complaining about something. That mouse was too small, that squirrel was too fast...It's always something with those owls!
