Proxy servers are easily blocked these days. Filters like Websebnse have become very powerful and can detect the proxies as they are being used. It's almost impossible to bypass them anymore.

Use tor. It's a program that will automatically use different proxy servers for you so it's totaly automated, and it's impossible to trace.

im not a computer whizz or anything but i used to do this when i was in UAE....
Tool---Internet options---Connections---LAN settings----proxy servers----- (and then when i clicked that there were autmoatically numbers there so i would press apply or somthin....and poof PORNO!!!!!
