You'd need to download the file, which you can't without their permission. I would start by emailing IKEA, asking them for the file. Be sure you tell them what it's for. If it's to profit you and they gain nothing, be prepared for them to say no.

You could simulate it though by doing screen captures. Using Alt-prnt screen you can capture the image and crop out the rest. They lay the images on top of each other and run animations fading in and out from one image to the other. I use this effect all the time with movie clips.
