im 6ft 185 lbs also any idea wut postion should i play in football im a sure tackler and ive got good hands but my coaches say im 2 big 4 WR...rite now im playing DE and T and i feel ike im putting my hands 2 waste

great for a sixth grader better go and join the band. You get into the games for free and on the field at halftime. now go and study and stop dreaming of the NFL

Finally someone who isn't 5'5" 135 lbs playing O-line! You'll probably have trouble getting you coach to let you play anywhere but the O or D line. But try out for Tightend or Full back. A large majority of O linemen in the NFL were not O linemen in High School, they were excellent athletes who played the "SKILLED" positions. Really what Tail back wouldn't want a 220 pound sledge hammer running over linebackers right in front of him! Defense end? Really depends on what kind of defense your coach runs. A stand up Defensive end would be a great position for you GOOD LUCK, work out hard

u should b bench more than ur weight like iam 145 n i bench 165 so iam benching 20 more than my weight n i squat 300 n my time is a 5 so u can jus judge 4 ur self n we the same age but iam bout 5'10

sounds good to me...as far as what position??? I would try TE or DE. You will need to get a lot faster in the end, but do plyometrics and you will get there. If you don't get any taller, you should stick to LB. Good Luck~

The stats are good and your coaches are right if you want to use your hands maybe try fullback.

You are strong and you have good hands. You are also big. Defensive end and tight end are good positions for you.
