Yes, so what is your point? I do like the part that says "the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed."

Another bright idea from the geniuses running the country into the ground.Same thought process of the Bailout and the Fence.I'd laugh if it wasn't so pathetic.I suppose they came up with that one to track down bullets fired by weapons in a crime. Won't work anyway. First ammo can be stolen by the criminals or faked and blame someone else for the crime. That's reasonable doubt in my mind.A lot of crooks will walk away smiling.Just think how many jobs it will create.Selling all that bogus coding system ammo on the black market. If Obama is so bent on gun control why does he get protection from the Secret Service.Should he not practice what he preaches and ban them from carrying concealed weapons as well.Since there are so many nice people out there.Common sense is that law abiding citizens don't use guns for crime. They are used for protection. States that allow concealed weapons have lower crime.Remember when Washington D.C. was a city "under siege"by a great number of high jacking cars,B.M.W's Nissan's etc.? Never heard any pickup trucks getting jacked. Why because the thought that there may be a gun toting redneck driving that truck was the image the crooks had.Just the though that there were guns for protection kept them from jacking trucks.Even more what kind of people voted for this crew to begin with?Very scared or brainwashed.People willing to give up their right for false "protection"

A well regulated militia: I take this to mean every citizen should serve in a national service, whether military or just some kind of public service after school.

Security of a free state: it is everyones duty to maintain the security of our country and make sure it stays free. Including free from a government that overreacts to current events and uses those events to take away our privacy and other freedoms.

To keep and bear arms: Yes, absolutely. BUT, anyone who owns a gun should be required to take safety training in the proper handling and care of that gun. They have the responsibility to make sure their gun does not end up in the hands of children or criminals.
