the bullet comes thru the keyhole, enters the eye, exits from the back of the head with unbelievable realism.....which film is this a scene from?

I saw this in Opera by Dario Argento, then again about 10 years later in Saw 2

Well, it couldn't be Saw II, because he was shot through the peephole (eyehole), not through the keyhole!! The gun goes off while the other guy is turning the key in the keyhole ... which would make it impossible for him to be looking through the keyhole in the first place.
