There is an old saying that you have to spend money to make money. I don't know of any business opportunities out there that will make you money without giving some money of your own.

I am not aware of any $0 Biz ops. Many start with $0 but end up costing you eventually. Even at $0 initial cost, you have to advertise. There are free advertising options - word of mouth, free classifieds(like backpage.com)... Any business will take time and money (don't believe the scams that say otherwise).
An opportunity that I am pursuing at the moment is http://www.sensatiafruit.com/tony I am a health nut and that is why I gravitate towards my passions (wellness and nutrition). This particular product makes it's competiton obsolete (repeat customer estimate is currently 10 million customers).
Do your research and be skeptical. Personally, I have wasted tens of thousands of dollars on "business opportunities" before I started making money. Best of luck.

There is always an investment to start a business.
Now on the other hand, never pay to get a "job".
