on millsberry.com is there certain times theres different stuff at the botton of silvie lake or is it random?

Sylvie is out 3 times per day and the item that she gives is rotated on a random basis.

She is out for 1 hour between 7am and 12pm and then apears 5 hours after the initial appearance.

She's also out in the evening for 1 hour although there does not seem to be a time pattern for her evening appearance.
