All minerals are useful for man u cannot this the best Ifsay so that best is nothing without the other minerals. everything in the world has + and - points thus there is nothing called "the most useful " mineral.

This is a general question that has no one full proof answer. You did say "Minerals" and not just mineral.

Human body has just about all the minerals in some quantity or other. So all are needed for over existence , so what is more useful then the things needed for our existence.
