Hey i plan to paint my face like a member of a black metal band. But i also plan on walking around alot that night and with texas heat i dont want the make up to sweet away, any advise anyone to help prevent that?

Before you put on your halloween make-up, put a thin layer of loose powder all over your face. This absorbs oil and will allow the make-up to adhere to the powder and not your skin. Any brand will work, but I think Covergirl is probably the cheapest, seeing as how you'll only need it for the night.
