Player 2 wins unless one of the Xes is a King. Player two would have Two Pair Aces and 10s with a Queen kicker which beats the Jack kicker.
If a king was on the board there would be a split pot as both would have a king kicker.

It was player two, because although in other games a queen can be considered the same as a jack, the queen actually is higher.
Player 2 won that hand because the queen has a higher value.
(Is it just me or did I repeat myself?)

split pot probably unless someone had the Q high
If its on the board and they have the same thing than its split.
