Can you say L A Z Y ?
I agree. It is astonishing that so many students just plop a question on Yahoo when they could just as easily put it in the search box and get the answer for themselves. It sometimes seems as though they don't really want to learn anything, just to get the answers to plug into an assignment sheet.

it like this
we go to use the computer
we start typing on microsoft works
we misspell a word and the spell check seems to not know it (like mitochondria the power sourse for the cell (i think))
we use google as a spell checker (type in the misspelling in the search and you get a "did you mean "mitochondrea""
we copy and paste the word but now the seach engine has us interested
we type in something weve been wondering about (this could be anything under the sun, including the sun)
a yahoo messenger window popsup and now im in a conversation
then we are bored totaly forgetting about the paper
we start yahoo answers
now thers 4 windows open 3 of wich arent for work

actually .............. its like the way adults end up doing things they didnt need to. like the way you came onlie to pay bills, or just check your e-mail. and how i was looking for a file extention, (although im a teenager so im technicly only 17/19 of a adult....)
the thing is the internet is like cake put it in front of someone and its hard to resest (only cake tastes good all the time)

so..............there technicly showing an adult charicteristic, a bad one, but a normal adult charicteristic

so thats why (oh whats that oh it's..it's..CAKE GET IT :^) )

I think a parent who knew about Yahoo answers took them here the first time and now the computer just boots up to this website. Some of the questions and typing don't suggest they even really know how to use the computer.

Sometimes kids are home alone after school. That's how I found out about this site. When they need help and no one is home they find someone to help them here. And NO it's not my kids! I found out from the kids I teach.

My opinion of track snobbery: whether it quite is sensible, and may be totally justified via the "snob", then i think of it quite is high-quality. If somebody criticizes a band, yet manages to objectively justify their critiques (including saying the Jonas Brothers suck because of fact of their loss of skills), i think it quite is high-quality. What quite annoys me is whilst human beings unreasonably exhibit their track snobbery whilst, on the comparable time, in addition they instruct how little they actually understand approximately track (including saying a band sucks and, whilst asked to justify that opinion, they cop out via using the "that is an opinion" excuse). I additionally dislike it whilst human beings generalize genres in simple terms consistent with what little they hear on the radio. nevertheless, i think of there's a time and place for each little thing. in case you have been asking a wonderfully sensible question, i do no longer think of even the sensible track elitists ought to intervene. i understand how stressful that is.
