Where is the best place to put an ad in that I am looking for a roomate?

I am in Seattle. I tried roomates.com and that didn't work. (Too many foreigners asking for money.) I have ads in Craigslist and so far no luck and its been a year. Any other ideas?

the best place is the newspaper but, my friend find a good place to live here in WWW.roomates.com.
