Embrace it. One of my best friends was the shortest senior in high school I think I ever saw, and she did just fine than and now in college.

Arch your back and make your hair stand on end. It will make you look more ferocious. Seriously, height is not all that important, unless that is all you have. Rather than being known as the shortest kid in school, be known as the smartest, or as the best athlete in gymnastics, or as the best actress in the school play, etc. I recently met a taller classmate who used to tease me about height. He went on to a career in garbage collection and is now disabled. I am a research scientist and I have my health to pursue hobbies like dancing. You can do the same.

Well, there's nothing you can do except see it as asset.I am short too 5'1 and Its one of my favorite things about myself. When your short you stay cute longer. Older tall women sometimes look unfemine. If your young now you might not under stand but when you get older you will like looking younger. Being shorter you probally have smaller feet and can wear great shoes. Tall girls have BIG feet ! when it comes to dating most guys will be taller if your a tall lady you might have to accept dating a man smaller than yourself. I like that I can fit into smaller spaces and tight seating if your taller a lady life can be harder. Be proud! short allways equals cute !

• It depends, -do u have a growth imbalance?....
There are currently growth hormone treatments if u'd like to be taller (and have a real growth problem). But u have to be treated before a certain age...
If u're just a tad short, don't worry. The best things do come in small packages.

Become a famous ballerina or a gymnast. Short girls have advantage in those.
Maya Plisetskaya (famous Russian ballerina) is not tall at all. I can't even call her short, you see. I think she's 5'0.

Don't fret it none. My wife is only 4' 10' 1/2.. And she is the best wife, mother and grandmother anyone could ever ask for. It's not what you are on the outside that matters, it's truely who you are on the inside that counts.

It's OK. I am an adult and only 5'2. That is short. In high school I was 4'11. That is short.

if you're short, then you must be pretty. At least, all the short girls my age ive ever known have been pretty. Im short too, and truthfully, im awfully glad I am.
