Moods are essentially chemical reactions in the brain that stimulate the mood of an individual. Some are perceived as pleasant, others as unpleasant, hence good and bad moods. The release of these chemicals are usually, if not always, triggered by an outside stimulus or the recollection/imagination of some emotional event.

A feeling created by brain and heart but mainly depending on your own"karma" because there might be a same situation in which you have a feeling of love or hate or anger etc for one person and a different feeling for the other person. You might love your own 2 month old kid but you may dislike someone else's 2 month old kid. Both kids are innocent but own is attached the other is not. Why ?Because of different karmas! So emotions are feelings based on your sight ,situations and" karmas".

Emotions and acting are pretty much the same thing. We learn how to "act" a certain emotion by watching others, and then repeat it in similar circumstances....
