haha, that was a joke. I'm not entirely sure. I don't recall there being a specific term for the Pharaoh's wife back when I was taking world history.
I like the other answers of "queen" --- that sounds about right, but maybe I (and the other answerers) have that stuck in my mind because of flicks like The 10 Commandments, and our answers are based on 20th century pop culture rather than actual history!

The general term in English seems to have been Queen. I don't recall ever seeing an Egyptian female equivalent for Pharaoh. If you know anyone from Egypt they would be an excellent source for this answer.
