I've had it since I was 18 (I'm now in my mid-50s). I'm used to it and I don't see it as a liability anymore. It's just a part of who I am. At least I don't have to worry about greying hair.

I never had any trouble getting or keeping girlfriends because of it. I was told by doctors and barbers that male pattern baldness is strongly influenced from the Mother's side of the family.

I started in my early twenties but the hair loss has been very slow and I'm used to it now. I grow my hair long and pull it back, this makes the back look less bald but the front look more bald. I don't really care, it's just the way I have had my hair since I left school. Once it starts there's not much you can do except accept it and get on with it

i do, it started probably at about 21 and it is getting worse. i think the main thing you should do is keep your hair short so it isnt so noticable or shave it all off - i would do that but i think my head may be all bumpy as i hit it a lot when i was a kid (not on purpose).

Started losing it in my mid 20's. Now I'm thirty one and there's no denying that I'm beginning to look like dear old dad. It used to bother me but now I'm happy with it.
