Depends on their maturity. I was living with my ex for 3 years, I'm a female Scorpio and he was a (or is) male scorpio. He refused to get a job, but I would (inadverdently)make him cry when I would ask why he couldn't get a job. At the end, I broke it off. He asked how I could throw away 3 years, I told him that he had already thrown away what we had at 1 year ...anyway, and I know a couple, my nephew through marriage and his wife, both scorpios, but according to him, she's always right. As someone who has always been drawn to Scorpio men (and I only asked when things got serious) and married one, my advice is not to get involved in any such competition.
My sister married two Scorpio men and regretted it.
In answer to your question , I think they would be pretty evenly matched but given the superior emotional intelligence of ladies coupled to Scorpio deviousness, I'd say they have the edge.
I am Cancer, supposedly the ideal match for Scorpio (never again, next time I will ask FIRST, before getting involved) and as Capricorn, my sister should have avoided her exes like the plague.

I'm a Scorpio/Saggitarius who was in a relationship with a Scorpio. He was actually my best match and neither one of us dominated the other so that is actually a tough one to answer. In my experience male Scorpios have been more dominant, but I'm a Leo. I guess it would depend more on the moon sign, the lesser sign, than the sun sign, which is what they are born under.

It depends on which other signs were present in other aspects of these peoples chart. U dont just have ur "sun sign", which is the Scorpio aspect but other signs in other planets. U would need to take ur full dates of birth to an astrologer to establish the answer to ur question. No one can accuratley answer it without more info.
