My assistant manager is always on my case, I work in a gold branch of a bank(CIBC) It doesn't matter how right I am or how good I can do something, she be-little's me, She is always right no matter what, She makes comments to me like, half a million people out of work and I have you, and other stuff along the lines, I have spoken to her about this,yet she continues,, Any advice for me, I have been in this position for 2 years now, I am back office support, So i work closely with her...

I have a similar boss, so I sympathize with you!
Definately go to her boss and go to HR. Try to document conversations (dates and what was said) and save any emails that are offensive/inapproriate.
Tell the HR people and her boss that she makes your job uncomfortable and that if she isn't dealt with then you want to be transferred to another department or branch; and if that isn't possible start sending your resume out to other companies.
No job is worth dealing with someone who is going to talk down to you or belittle you.

In my opinion; you did the right thing in trying to communicate this to her directly. Since this seems to have failed, the next best option would be to contact HR directly. This is a difficult choice to make, being that you have to work with this person everyday and having gone over their head can in some ways, make things worse on a day to day basis. Your last alternative is to get a job elsewhere.

I feel for you, as I've had a few managers that I was not very happy with. In speaking with someone who is a major HR Executive, I was advised to isolate this person away from my day to day and pay very little attention to them, so that I wouldn't let it get to me. I understand that can be very difficult, so I hope that either way, you find a healthy way to deal with this.

looks like you need to go over her head to her boss and explains the situation and the steps that you have taken to correct the situation......if that doesn't work you may have to go to branch manager

Since you have already approached her about it, I would start documenting it and take it to her boss. It could backfire, but her actions are not appropriate.
