Dawn dishwashing liquid or mechanics hand cleaner like Goop or GoJo. If you use Goop or GoJo, don't wet the item first, put it on dry and let it sit a few minutes, then toss in with the rest of your laundry.

I like to use this stuff called Goo Gone. It works well with oil type stains. It will be hard to get out after being washed though. I would try it again with the Goo Gone and wash it in the hottest water you can. Dry cleaning also works well with oil stains.

first off do not wash the shirt without treating it first. it will set the stain in further.. try a degreaser found in a grocery store where laundry products are sold. 'sometimes dawn will get it out or shout .

Try putting an ink blot paper or paper towel on top of the stain and steam ironing over it.

you can use OxyClean (it is a powder substance that goes into your wash load - there is also a pre-wash spray for really tough stains. spray that!). Your bigger problem is going to be how well it holds up after you wash it - I have found that express clothing does not hold up very well.
