There is nothing even remotely punk about Hilary Duff. Wearing black is not the same thing as being a punk, and besides that, have you noticed that black and stripes and things are the trend these days? Anyway, I don't see why you are concerned, seeing as her personal life is not really your business...whatever. Anyway, no, she didn't "go punk".

I have read interwiews with her and no she did not go punk. she just has a boyfriend that is. she does not want to change her image. she is a very sweet girl and i think that she will astay that way.
