If you were asked a question on the subject of Celestial Mechanics , how would you answer ? Pick your punisnment , as I feel you would appear to be stupid trying to answer this question . No one knows everything about every subject , so in reality , stupidity is relevant to a specific question asked about a specific subject that one may or may not have had any training or knowledge on the subject !! Why should someone who is not familiar with a subject as another person be called stupid . Anyway , who would be the judge to pass judgement on lack of knowledge on certain subjects ??

Problem is Bush would legislate against it... much like his alterations of the guidlines of the Geneva Convention... making it impossible to punish the stupidest of them all.
