go to an animal humane societty and volunteer with animals. stay there for at least a month. once you learn how to deal with peopleyou can better your soft skills. companies want that inlife. Look people in the eye when you talk. Smile at them everytime you have achance. DOn't forget peopl's names.Volunteer at ahsopital. As time goes by epole will come up with paying jobs for you. Read book about human behavior . read a book : :How to become an adult"

You may want to look into this several legitimate sites to make money online just by reading paid emails, the key to make it work is to stick to one or two at a time (experimental basis) for a month because quite a number of online jobs are overwhelming. Be resourceful by spreading the word to your friends so you would create a network of referrals. Money will be a lot better that way. The start is always the hardest part but all your hardwork will pay off. Just give it a try

Do you have babysitting experience? Probably, most 16 year olds do. My first job was at a Day Care Center. They always need aides that are good with kids, and you don't have weekend hours or late nights so you can still focus on school.
