I was sitting down and happen to start watching "kids next door" with my 10 year old daughter. I discovered that those kids are bad!!! They be talking about "not eating their vegatables" and "disrespecting the elderly" just all kins of stuff that make me say "whatttt!!!!" If my daughter talks about shes not eating her vegatables, I'm gonna spank her ***.But hey maybe im over-reacting? I just heard my daughter ask me something , and i said where did you hear that at, and she said "kids next door" and i said hmm, this is a good topic. What do you parents think

My children are of an age where they realize they can't get away with that. I have no overall problems with KND

I would be very careful to let my son watch certain cartoons. Alot of times there are ineuendos in cartoons that children will pick up on and it really isn't good for them.
There are some cartoons on cartoon network that are very distasteful and can damage your daughters mind. The best thing to do is limit what and how much television she can watch. Television nowadays will show anything to make a dollar.

I am not a parent but I am 14. I personally do not watch the show but my little brother does. I don't think that it is a really bad show. I mean there are show about all kinds of stuff. I mean if a show is about kids taking over the world that doesn't mean that your kid will try to take over the world. I think that it is a bd show, but you be the judge.

There is nothing wrong with the show.
My son watches it, is VERY respectful of me and I don't have to spank him (not that I am against spanking. I had my *** beat on a regular when I was a kid).
It's more a matter of using shows like that to teach right from wrong. Kids have to learn that they can not say and do everything presented to them on television.

hmm, that's an interesting thought. whenever i have watched 'kids next door', i have always thought of it as a cartoon that celebrates kids being kids. 'kids next door', to me, is kind of like a bunch of peter pans - they don't want to grow up, so they fight against all of the forces that represent being grown up. of course, i'm not a parent (but i am an adult), but that is just my reaction after having watched that cartoon many times.

I'm 11 years old, and I think there's nothing really wrong with the show. Some parts are gross, but that's why it's on Cartoon Network. *shrugs*

I see nothing wrong with the show... I'd be more concerned about my kids trying to fight villians than not eating my vegetables, though...
