I know this boy and i sort of like him and i think he likes me too but my friend likes hime and dosen't want me to talk to him or go out with him. My friend isnt even allowed to date.so should i ask him out?

First off is he worth losing your friend over. If she likes him also, is she going to resent you asking him out? Have you told your friend how you feel about this guy? If you are interested in him, and you and your friend can come to an understanding or something then yes by all means ask him out.

Yes ask him out if your friend gets mad just say you should have asked him out be for i did.And if she says i don't want to be friends any more just say i don't care i got the man i always had a crush on.
