Javier.
Xavier is a cool name, but im not sure, i just don't like it much

They're both great names, but depending on where you live, or where the kid is going to go to school, there may be troubles with the pronounciation.
In the US, Xavier is often pronounced ECKS-AVIER, while in Mexico, the old Spanish pronounciation is used.
Similarly, Javier is correctly pronounced Hab-ier, but no one in the US knows that, so the kid is going to be called Javer.
As to which name is best, that depends on the surname. Xavier Olafson doesn't quite balance.....

Sorry but, neither. If you MUST choose one of these names, choose the Javier because starting someone's name (not just your baby but them as their own person and an adult) with and X is totally weird unless you are from France or Spain where those names are more common.

I love Xavier, because it is a really cute name for a little one and can be shortened to X and a really strong handsome name for an older boy, you really have to think about what kind of name it is going to be for the adult as well as the child I think that sometimes people forget about that, hope that helps.

Xavier, because Xavier Roberts designed the original Cabbage Patch dolls, and any name that begins with "X" is cooler than a name that begins with "J"--those are far too common!

well my friends tell me people who has the name Xavier turns out very nice smart and loving but what makes you feel comfortable pray about which one is good and maybe it will come to you in a dream good luck
