72 to 1 compression is a little too agressive!!
And "Winzip" doesn't have a shot, redo the math, it would be 72 mb at 10:1....

i promise you are talking about divx or xvid or some already hugely-compressed format. hear me when i say that a compressed format will NOT COMPRESS FURTHER using WINZIP or any other compression technique.
your only chance is to re-encode the movie at an absolutely unwatchable frame rate. a 700 mb/90 minute divx avi will be approximately 1000 kbps for video and 128 kbps for audio at 720x480/23.97fps. to compress that to a 10 mb file, you would need a video bitrate around 4 or 5 kbps for video, and audio around 2, and you should probably scale that resolution down to about 160x90. take the framerate down to 10, also... lower if possible. those settings, well, just cant be done. or at least be done without laughing hysterically at the pointless result. it'd be like looking at an animated icon drawn by an epileptic baboon.
trust me, you're not going to be able to email a movie to someone. theres no other reason to need an already compressed video small enough to attach to standard web-based email. at all. its akin to asking if i can somehow shrink my car to the size of a hot wheel, and expect to still drive it comfortably.

Use WinZip. It should compress with a 10:1, so the compressed file would be about 7.2 mb
