I am for abortion.

#1 People should not be able to tell somebody what they can and can't do with their life. You wouldn't know what's best for the mother as you are not her. Only she knows what is best.

#2 'A human life is formed at conception, it's muder!' That is simply a religious belief, and it can not be proven by biological fact. A fetus is not a living breathing human being. Therfore, it is not murder.

Also simply because your religion doesn't agree with it, it doesn't mean that others who do not follow your religion have to obey the laws of your religion.

#3 Abortion will never be eliminated. Before abortion became legal in 1973, they still happened. Women were having D&Cs in hospitals, buying abortion kits and even giving themselves coat hanger abortions.

You're either pro-choice or not... you can't legalize abortion for certain people in certain situations and not for everyone else. It might not seem right for a woman in a cert

You really need to educate yourself on the facts about abortion and prenatal development. Every abortion kills an innocent human being, and that is a scientific fact. As you look at and read the information above, keep in mind that the AVERAGE age of an aborted child in this country is 10 weeks. At that point, the child has a beating heart (since 3 weeks), recordable brain waves (since 6 weeks), all her organs (since 8 weeks), the ability to suck her thumb and grasp an object placed in her palm (since 9 weeks), and can most likely feel pain (see article above).

2. A fetus is a multi celled organism if that's not life I don't know what is.

3. People buy and sell drugs, but we still have laws against it. The laws against things that still happen discourage it from happening and punish people who do it.

That's right you can't legalize it for certain people in certain situations that's why a TOTAL ban is needed. If we can kill a baby at 6 weeks why not at 9 months? Where will this culture of death end?

PRO-LIFE. How can you say a fetus is not a living being?! It is the youngest form of a baby!! Would you kill a baby if it was born? Most likely not. If a being would have lived if it wasn't aborted, it's the same thing as TAKING a life, which is the same as murder.

If a mother has a good reason for an abortion, there are still other options, the best one probably being adoption.

I am definitely pro-choice. A woman has rights over her own body, and that is that. Nobody else should be able to make any decision. Are the rights of a woman to be put beneath those of a not living foeus. I also believe that the foetus isn't alive. It's just the same as any other part of the womans own body, one that she may decide to get rid of for whatever reason. Men don't have to live with the consequences of pregnancy, they can pick up and leave at any time.
Abortion is a woman's right, and her choice to make at any time.

People who get abortions are cowards because they are afraid to face up to the responsibilities placed upon them by their own actions. If you can't raise a baby, don't do the act that starts one. I have 3 beautiful grandchildren that would not exist if their mothers had gotten abortions. They are beautiful, intelligent, caring young people that can offer a lot to society. Accidents do happen, but there are many people who are unable to have a child of their own that must feel like dying every time they hear of a mother throwing her baby away. The Bible does comment on the unborn child.

At conception, your DNA is completely formed.
Your heart began breathing just 18 days after conception.
At 6 weeks, your brain waves could be detected.
At 9 weeks, your started swimming and doing backflips in the womb.
At 11 weeks, all your organs are complete and functioning.

You can't be either pro-choice or pro-life, every woman's case is different. If you are 18 and are having your 10th abortion because your boyfriend refuses to wear condoms, then I believe you need to keep your legs crossed and hav more respect for your body. But if you are a woman who has been raped, will endure health complications after delivering the baby, or any such reason, then abortion might be an option. Like I said, every case is different. As to your religion comment, I suppose you are referring to Christian fundamentalists who blow up abortion clinics. Well, I'm not a Christian and my religion teaches to reason and not listen to priests or whatever. You can still be religious and have a two-sided opinion on this issue.

Pro-life, why would you want somebody too dumb to use birth control to decide on whether they should have an abortion. They have already proved they are too stupid to be responsible. With the advent of the morning after pill, you really have to be a retard to have to have an abortion. Before you pull out the old "it's my body" argument, explain child support to me. If it's your body and your decision, then why does a guy always end up paying for "your" mistake?

professional determination. i do no longer precisely approve abortion as a ethical determination, yet i think of that if a woman needs to get an abortion, she could have each and every appropriate to. i could by no ability get one myself till there became a controversy which would be risky to me and/or the toddler (which includes ectopic being pregnant) or if I have been ever raped (God forbid). I additionally think of that no rely what the regulation says, everybody is often going to prefer abortions. i could plenty rather have those human beings get their abortions performed in a sparkling enviroment by ability of a physician who's conscious what the hell they're doing than in some decrease back alley with a coat hanger.

I am completely against it, I think the choice comes in when you go to have sex and you can choose to protect yourself.
