I like Peter Tosh (who was in Marley's band) also, his son Ziggy Marley. Both of these artists are reggae standards.

you obviously know very little about reggae.
there are hundreds of reggae artists: beenie man, sean paul, damian marley, chaka demus& pliers, barrington levy, elephant man, shabba ranks, shaggy, berris hammond, ziggy marley, jimmy cliff.... the list is endless.

try these=burning spear/gregory issacs/misty in roots/dread locks dread/ini kamoze/third world.There you go theres loads of reggae artists they are not promoted like the commercial stuff.
